I own a private property and intend to buy a new EC or Government Studio apartment, please advise whether am I qualified and if so, how to go about it.

Afternoon Candice,

New EC is under HDB regulation and Studio apartment are meant for the silver head group. To purchase a new EC, you must have sold your private property for at least 30 month, prior to the application.

Hi Candice,

As long as you own a private property, you are not eligible for govt subsidised proeperty.
