I own a Pinnacle@duxton flat under HDB loan, bought in 2005 and took key in Jan 2010. When can I buy a private property without selling this HDB flat?

Morning,

Pinnacle is considered a premium HDB unit however, you are still required to fulfill your MOP. For all HDB unit, less enbloc, the MOP is calculated from the date of key collection.
