I own a HDB flat in pasir ris with my parents and brother as occupiers which was bought in 2010. i got married this year and moved out to live with my husband, who is on EP in Singapore,in a rented terrace. I have not yet changed my address to relflect that I am not staying at my HDB anymore as i own it and pay all the bills.but I'll have to do so soon as my husband pointed out that he won't beane to claim reliefs for spouse if we are recorded as living in different places. I cant transfer the ownership to my brother because he does not have a steady job. and my mother wont be able to afford the payments, while my father is retired and needs home care. Can someone please advise?thanks
