I own a HDB 3-room flat at yishun now and thought of looking for a new condo to invest. Few qtns to ask before buying:
qtn 1) i am waiting for new condo launch at queenstown site - near queenstown mrt. when is the now condo launch?
2) what is the terms & conditions to meet before having the thought to own a new condo . 3) what is the procedure like (eg)a) how many % is the initial
downpayment b) is it by cash or cpf? c) what is the max loan that i can get - no loan mortgage at moment. d) if i want to sell my yishun flat, by when shd i sell before owning a condo.e) how's the payment like for buying a condo? in stages? when is the bank loan kick in? f) how much CPF can i use to own a condo?
