Do take note that as you are owning a private property now, thus you have to sell off your private property first and observe a period of 30 months before you can apply for a new EC.

In regards to your HDB, if you have taken any housing grant when you bought it from your parents, you will be subject to resale levy of $45k.

Afternoon Mr. Wai,

You will not be eligible for new EC since you will be under debarment for 30 months after selling off your private property. And if you choose to sell away your private property first, provided you have fulfilled the SSD requirement, you will need to pay levy of $45k in cash, if you have purchased your current unit with housing grant.

Hi. It would not be a good time to sell off your pte property at this market. I will.advise you to cash out your hdb instead. And you are not eligible to buy a new ec for now.
