I own a 3 room HDB flat at Bukit Batok West Ave 4 in processing of looking for potential buyer.

Want to know what is the estimated valuation for flat above level 10.

Also want to know if I used bank loan, can I engaged HDB to be my lawyer or I need source one for handling the transaction. Thanks.
