Unless you are only thinking of pure selling, it may possibly be good to wait for JLD's completion, otherwise you may wish to start sizing up your option as once JLD is up, price appreciation could be across the board while RH may enjoy slightly better appreciation than others but bearing in mind the supply that is going to come into market, your wait may backfire on you.
