I own 40% of private property and my husband own 60%, we never buy fresh flat from hdb, can we apply for bto?

Morning Jan,

Under the current ruling, both of you are only eligible for BTO after 30 months from the date you have sold your private property. Both of you are however eligible for resale HDB unit.
