I notice Jade Residences is selling around $1500/psf whereas Raslia and Cherry Garden just opposite also freehold selling at much lower price. Why is there such a great difference in price? Also which is better option to buy for investment. Thanks

In short, the potential price difference is due largely to supply & demand.

Jade Residences is a brand new project, direct from developer and TOP Dec 2017.

The other 2 properties are lesser known and few transactions. Cherry Gardens is not Freehold but 99 years since TOP 2004.
