I need some advise. I have just rented out my house for 3 weeks. Went back last nite to do a check as we suspected that there were more pple staying in the house than agreed. We knocked on the front door, since our house was on the ground floor, they have access to the back door. We were lucky enuff to standby myself at the back door while my hub knocked on the front door. To my horror, 3 men running out from the back door. I went back to the house and confronted the main tenant. My kitchen was also horrendous to say ! they did not maintain as promise. Now, my question. Do i have the right to ask them to vacate the unit and do i need to return them back the deposit plus 1 mth rent ? (stated in agreement for early termination )since they have only stayed for a bout 3 weeks,?
