i need some advise from all the property gurus. my unit is rented for 1 yr. after 6 months my tenant stop paying the rent and he is trying to balance the rent with his deposit. the agent from our side is no more practising and the agent from tenant side is not helping us. kindly advise in this situation what best we can do. can we just go to our unit and seize everything of the tenant as he is already staying there without paying the rent. advise needed ASAP.

It's quite tough to say what can be done, as I'm not sure of the prior agreement made, when the TA was signed.
