Asked by Noise Disturbance From Neighbours
I need serious advice here, I am the victim of serious noise disturbance from neighbors living above me. They make so much noises everyday and I need to call the Guard House in order to restore peacefulness.
I am always awaken by sudden bang of loud noise at nights and early in the morning.
Please help!
