Do take note that if you have to fulfill the minimum occupation period requirement before you are eligible to purchase a private condo be it in Singapore or overseas.

Even though you mentioned you fully paid off your BTO, how about MOP?

Dear sir/madam,

It would be at least a good 3+years later that you will be able to look into purchasing a condo as you will be required to meet the Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years for your existing HDB. In the meantime, you may wish to look into how much loan are you eligible for and perhaps consider investing into commercial properties and exiting when your MOP is met so as to supplement your capital into the condo purchase.
