You will not be eligible for a HDB property as you will need to be a PR for at least 3 years before you are eligible to buy a HDB flat.
You may wish to consider purchasing a private property instead. For PRs, the first property purchase is subjected to an Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) of 5% on top of the approximately 3% normal stamp duty.
You may be eligible of up to 80% loan for the purchase. The balance 20% will consist of 5% cash and 15% CPF.
