Unfortunately no, unless you decide to take up SC citizenship. Otherwise, SPR households have to sell away their HDB upon private condo purchase.

Sorry to let you know of 2 points that is NOT favorable to you .

SPR CANNOT own both HDB and private residential property , can only own 1 type .

SPR CANNOT rent out their hdb regardless .

Another point to note , regardless what residential property you buy , please note SPR pay at least 5% ABSD .

One of you has to be a Singaporean first in order to hold on to both condo and HDB. If not you will have to sell off your HDB within 6 months from condo purchase completion or TOP date.

Will you consider to own two private properties if finances permit?
