Hi,

although Terrasse is slightly more expensive, my view is that it would be better to get a brand new unit. Terrasse is sitting on a big plot of land and low plot ratio. Hence, there is greater potential for capital appreciation.

In addition, Terrase units do not come with bay windows, planters and household shelters. Thus, every psf is value for money.

Other than the above reasons, my feel is that there are too many condos in the kovan area, which makes it for difficult to resell in future.
