i m a Singapore PR and planning to buy a 2 bedrooms house in singapore. I know i m not eligible to buy HDB house, however i can't afford to buy a condo because my budget is 300k for 2-3 rooms min Any location is applicable. I m a first time buyer.please Do Guide Me For More Information.
