I live with my parents at Bedok Terrace. My father suggests to me and my fiancé to consider buying The Glades. I know he wants me to live near them next time. :) Should I buy now or should I wait for price to go lower in few more months? We are Singaporeans in mid-20s.

Hi,

Its always a trade off, if you continue to wait, prices may adjust a bit, but chances are the balance units will have lousy facing or have extremely discomforting features for living. Most of the units with unblocked landed views at the glades have already been taken, hence you may want to factor these into your consideration. Hi, it is true that due to the weak market sentiment, most of the developers are slashing their prices. But there is a base or a limit to it which they can't drop any further. And even if you will to wait for a few more months, I don't think it is gonna make any difference at all but you will definitely have lesser option when the time comes. The Glades is one of my company projects and I also happened to bring a number of buyers there as well. Hope to be able to share with you the strong points about this particular project and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi,
Developer would unlikely slash too much because have to take care of the buyer bought earlier. The advantage of purchase earlier is you get to choose the unit you preferred. I would suggest to meet for me to share the options of the purchase.

It is always good to stay near parents and also for future family planning. :)
The units in glades are moving every month, it's unlikely that the developer will drop price further.
Currently, there is still choice units for you to choose from, if you choose to wait longer the better units might be taken up.

Lets have a detailed discussion. Prices have already stabilised and good facing units are usually grab upon launches. You can continue to wait a while more but might only get low floor units or units with not so good facing.
