I live in this Bukit Timah condo, for one and a half years on three years lease. My intercom have no ringing tone recently, it is an obsolete model. Either to change the whole set brand new or if by luck, intercom company can repair the audio wearing. What is my stand?
What if my owner refused to repair or change to a brand new set?

To my knowledge, if there is an intercom, it should be maintained by the MCST. The intercoms are installed by developer, managed and serviced by the MCST.

Just inform your landlord. Either have your landlord inform the MCST, or your can do so yourself.

The management office staff should be able to assist you.
