Yes, it is unfortunate that this portal is not ready for consumer own posting.
You may try other DIY portal available in the market.
However, you may consider using service from an agent. In market practice, most of the agent subscribed to 2 or more web portals that could increase exposure that consumers DIY portal.
On top of that, we are trained and knows all rules and regulation to ensure you are not stepping on the wrong side when renting to someone who might just claimed who they are and what residential status they had.
We know who are eligible to rent and ensure all tenants are legal.
Our service charges is half a month rent for 1 year and below tenancy period, and 1 month rent for 2 years tenancy period.
