Hi sp,

My question, why 1 room locked? Is your unit an approved unit for rental or you are keeping 1 room locked to store your personal belongings?

You should be able to fetch around $2.5k for a full unit rental therefore with 1 room locked, expect the amount to be around $2k for fully furnished unit with aircon.

Agent fees involved is pretty common:

Less than 1 year lease: Half month rental as agent fees
More than 1 year lease: 1 month rental as agent fees
