I like this condo but find the prices lower than Montebleu - I reasoned that the main cause is the recent collective sale of next door Goodwill mansion for 20M which will result in breakdown and construction activity. If a new condo comes up at goodwill mansion site, then de paradiso will furthur loose value. Please advice.

Hi Wee,

The reason for the price for De Paradiso is much lower then Monteblue is because of :

1) Although they are just on opposite street but they are of total different district. Monteblue is under Dist 11 and De Paradiso is under Dist 12.

2) Monteblue have full condo facilities but De paradiso only have a small pool.

I have a unit in De Paradiso, 1237sqft , on the high floor. Going for $1050 psf only... neg.If interested pls feel free to contact me.
