I know my tenant is not suppose to sublet. But how do you consider sublet a d how do you consider co tenant?

Dear Anonymous,

A co-tenant will have his/her name written on the TA as an occupant. Where the name does not appear, either the TA is vague or your tenant is subletting without consent.
