I keen to buy a hdb but i have a pte property under my name. Can i transfer ownership to my parents (PR S'pore)? BTW they have property in M'sia. Please advise

Evening Sharon,

Under the current regulation, at the point of key collection, you are not to hold any private property. With your name remove, it complies with the ruling. As for private property owner in Singapore, there's nothing regulating the ownership of oversea property.
