I just bought a resale flat and would like to rent out a room, what are some of the things I need to take note of and provide to the tenant? Also, are utilities usually part of the rental or is it a separate fee? I also heard that things like cleaning products/detergents/toilet paper are usually not supplied by the landlord, is that normally the case?
