I just bought a resale flat 1years+ . Can I buy a condo or apartment without selling off my hdb flat? And when can I buy a condo ?

Hi Shawn, for HDB flat owners will have to fulfill the 5-years MOP (Minimum Occupation Period) before you can buy a Condo, then apply for approval to rent out your HDB.
