I intended to buy a new condo at Sengkang area. As i know the 20 % comprising of 5% cash & 15% from CPF, How about the stamp fee ??? is it fix at 3% ??? I saw in some advertisement, some developer absorb the stamp fee & some give a few K discount, is this common???

Hi, usually the stamp fee is already incorporated into the discounted nett price, so you will need to set aside 3% less $5400 of the purchase price for the buyer's stamp duty (assuming you don't hit Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty). I am very familiar with the Sengkang projects as I am a resident D19 agent and have brought buyers to view the relevant show flats.

Do let me a line and I can share more.
