I intend to sell my condo unit to purchase a new one from a developer. However, I need the funds from my resale unit to pay for the initial 20%. How long does it take for the funds to be downloaded to me after I've successfully sold my unit?

Hi Sir,

Have you already sold your unit yet? It will take about 8 weeks after you issue S&P to buyer.

Alternatively you may consider bridging loan by banks.

Welcome to contact me if you need further assistance.I am very familar with the process. Free of charge for the agent work. Thanks.

Morning,

From the point of getting a buyer and after your buyer have exercised the Option, the completion date should be around 8 to 14 weeks. However, you would need to check with your bank on the period required to discharge your loan, else you might be charged for additional admin charges. You are also to consider if your current unit purchase date falls into the SSD ruling.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.
