$900k would be a realistic selling price for your 2 bed unit at Parc Oasis. Of course it would depend on condition and facing of unit as well.

As reported, latest reported transaction was $880K for similar size.

Current market asking from $900K - $920K for similar size. FYI - similar size unit have been asking for $920K for almost 2 months now.
(How eager to sell, how long prepare to wait - assuming if market demand stays strong for Parc Oasis?)
