I intend to sell a 9999 years leasehold 2nd storey walk-up apartment at 999J Serangoon Road Singapore 328163. The land area is 105sqm with 2 bedrooms The property is currently tenanted out. I would like to seek options to wait for en bloc or sell in the open market?

Do you have plans to divert your profit into another investment after the sale? Otherwise, what is the reason behind for your consideration to sell or not? At the end of the day, you are looking at the potential profit generated from the sale. Should you sell today, what will be your intended profit? If it gets enbloc now or later, what is the profit you have projected?

My buyer had just offered for a small walk up apartment at Rangoon area but was rejected. He's looking for own stay. May I know when will the tenancy of your unit be expiring? Perhaps I can show your unit to my buyer.
