I intend to purchase a flat with my fiance under the fiance/fiancee scheme. However, he is currently a joint owner of a flat with his Mum. He has not met the MOP. We intend to get married in 2015. Are we able to apply for a flat, given his ownership status?

I'm afraid the answer is NO. Since the MOP have not being fulfilled, your fiance is not eligible to apply for BTO unit.
