Hi Steve,

The important issue here is to ensure your contra matters go on smoothly cos it can be tricky. Commission on the other hand can be discussed to achieve a win-win situation for both yourself and your representing agent. Interview them for their competencies before you commit with one.

Hi Steve,

Would you like to call for a tender for these jobs to be done? Just joking..

Doing a contra activity can be pretty tricky and appointment of any inexperience salespersons may result in dire consequences. I believe the priority for you would be a seamless process of transactions instead of the amount of commission payable to a salesperson as I believe the commission is a smaller matter than having no roof overhead due to this contra.
