I intend to buy a condo with my siblings. One of my sibling is single. The other is married and has still financing a HDB loan. I've no existing property. Can we loan up to 80%? What will be the stamp duty?

Hi

Yes, you could loan up to 80% but not in your sibling's case who has an exisitng loan. And in your case, the stamp duty payable is 10% as one of your sibling's already own a property.
