Dear sir/madam, As long as your family is a Singapore household, your loan eligibility without an existing housing loan will be capped at 80% subjected to TDSR considerations and tenure of loan you intend to take up. Also put into consideration is the amount of CPF you are eligible to utilise if you have any intentions of doing so.
