According to the past transaction for similar sized unit, the average selling price ranges from $850k to $920k. Hence your asking price of $900k can be acheived. The remaining determining factor would be your unit's facing.

$900k should not be a problem with reference to the past transactedd price. Nevertheless, it is advisable to manage your expectations with the current market sentiments as transactions are going slower. The objection for buyers of your unit will probably be the MRT noise, which I have recently sold a unit facing the MRT track.
