I heard that if you are first time HDB buyer then you can purchase overseas property without fulfilling MOP. Is this correct?

Afternoon GS,

It would be good to give the source of your information a good kick. Under the HDB ruling, be it resale or brand new unit, fulfilling of MOP is the basic requirement before you are allow to do anything further.
