Parc Oasis units tend to command good rental yield due to proximity to chinese garden MRT station.
If you have the holding power, of course it is better to hold on and continue to earn the good rental income.
On the other hand, depending on when you bought the units, it may be good to sell to cash out on the profit. With all the uncertainty looming in US and europe, no one can predict when will the market turn down.
Actually, my advice is pretty much the same as your initial thought. Assuming you are staying elsewhere, you can sell one of the unit and continue to rent out the other unit.
Cash out on one unit and continue reaping the good rental income from the other unit.
