I have the intention to buy a unit 4 beded room size at 1367 in eco sanctuary and the asking price is 1240 psf. Currently the developer is giving a 8% discount. Is this the right price to commit? Is eco sanctuary a potential property in future?

Hi Mr Seet I brought a buyer to view the showflat recently and the discount is more than 8%. As the property market is on a downside, most developers will tend to give out more attractive discount for closure.
