I have sold my flat and the first appt is scheduled on 1aug12. I have yet to find any Hdb flat but assuming I do, I have to schedule the completion for my purchased flat after the completion date of my sold flat right? That is because I will only receive my sale proceed on the completion of my sold flat? Or do I have to schedule my completion of purchased flat after the CPF is credited back?

Afternoon,

You should be getting your representing salesperson to assist you. He would know your financial status well. Whatever the case, it's impossible that've your completion of your purchase to be ahead of the sales, if you were to submit the purchase application at this time, unless your buyer agrees with it.
