I have signed the TA with the assumption that when I rent a condo it includes a car park lot as well. In the TA it didn’t specifically state that I need to pay for the car park lot coz the owner is still holding to the car park lot and my car is considered 2nd car then need to pay for the parking lot.

I ask the agent and the agent mention that I was inform via WhatsApp that subsequent car need to pay except the owners. Which I feel is not made clear to me since I’m renting the whole place.

Hi, for whole unit rental and in most cases, landlord will allow tenant to have a car lot as the landlord is not staying and so he does not need the car decal. But then again, car park lot is to be negotiated and it is not a must that landlord would need to agree on that.
