Upon signing the exclusive form, you should be aware of the terms and requirements. The other agent should also be aware of the CEA requirements on all agents regarding such issues. I would advise that you refer back to the exclusive form and work things out with the relevant agents.

In the first place if you have appointed an exclusive salesperson to market your property for sale, why is there a 3rd party salesperson involved? In the given scenario, usually the exclusive marketing agent is entitled to the full commission indicated in the exclusive agreement since violation of agreement is on your end. You may wish to get the 3rd party salesperson to cobroke with your exclusive agent instead to resolve this issue.
