I have signed an agreement for rent a place with the standard contract for 1 years and to be extend till my new house is ready,
prior to circumstances change, my new house will be ready soon and I would like to shorten my period of leasing which I have fulfilled the minimum of 06 months as per to day.
I would like to shorten to by 2 months and will there nornally be any penalty if I give a 1 month notice?
Do advice me as this is the standard rental form from Propnex?
