I have several warehouse for rent. I would like to ask, if I have a unit about 2000sqft at a prime area, can I partition it into several units as small office and rent it out? For example, I will partition it into 8 smaller rooms and each room is 200+sqft big, and I rent it to 8 individual tenants? Is it legal?

Warehouse is not allow to use fully as office. Under URA guideline only 40% if caught by government. You have to bear the result of it. Read More
