I have seen projects which are completed even up to two years prior to the expected TOP year; what is usually the likely completion if the target TOP year is 2015?

Hi, actual TOP varies based on speed of construction (which is in turn affected by how fast the development sells out, etc). Pls let me know which development you are interested in so I can check for you.

Hi , thank you for taking time to reply me, actually i understand that feo projects tend to complete earlier than projected TOP, and here i am referring to Hillier, which if i remembered correctly, will TOP in around 2015. I am hoping that if based on what i observe for FEO projects, Hillier should be ready by end of 2014. This information is crucial as i need to time the purchase carefully.
