I have rented my current 3NG, fully furnished (without aircon) flat at Tampines st 11 for $1500 based on 2008 rental valuation. I would like to know if this is still the valuation for current rental?

Greetings Safuan,

Based on HDB 3rd QTR 2010 released statistics, the median rent is $1,600. Rental prices also depends on the location and size ( 3A, 3I, 3NG etc..) and many other factors.

The current rental in Tampines is asking from $1600 to $2200.

Current rental rates for your Tampines 3NG unit can fetch an estimated $1800 onwards. The current rental you are currently getting might be alittle outdated.
