I have purchased condotel in Bali at Marriott hotel peoperty exhibition almost 3 years ago. There were local marketing agents dealing with the investment. It is supposed to be ready for TOP end 2010 only then I have to settle the rest 60% balance payment . The local agents collected cheques from me on behalf of the developer and done all the paper works then. When the time came for me to be updated I wasn't able to contact the local agents who had dealt with me . When I have finally got hold of one agent he explained to do follow ups but I didn't hear any since then. I am told from friends visited Bali the condotel is being built though slow. How can I go further with this matter please ?
