I have OTP for a house which has a lease start date of 1st Jan 1978 and is a 99 year lease (information from HDB Map services). My Birthday is 4th Dec 1981. I want to confirm that since this lease just about lasts me till age of 95 (please help check my calculation correct!), according to the new CPF rules I should be qualified for "BRS + Property Pledge" instead of "FRS". Am I correct in my understanding?
