I have not signed any LOI or agreement for the property that I wanted take on rent. Though I am curious about how can a Property rental price be set when it is not even ready. How can one decide if the interior of the property is even worth the price? Is it legally right to ask for deposit from a tenant to close the deal without even showing them the unit? Not about the comfort to sign a document or not anymore, I am wondering if the practice in itself is right?
