I have just purchased a private property and am intending to sell my current hdb flat to purchase a smaller condo unit for rent to finance my new home.
Is there anything that i have to take note of?

Hi Jason, the HDB is likely to achieve better in terms of rental yield. The selling and buying of houses may incur costs such as stamp duty, agent fees etc. Also, you will have to consider the maintenance cost of the condo unit.

Thanks!

Hi Jason,

Before considering to make the move, you need first to check how much your HDB house will fetch you.

Then with the sales proceed, what and where can you buy.
Considering the pte condo location, what is the rental return after deducting all cost etc.

Using the data gathered, check that the HDB sales n pte condo purchase meet your objective.

Feel free to contact me should you have further enquiries.

Thanks

Best Regards
