I have just purchase a resale flat and now is waiting for the dates for key collection.
However I have just notice that the kitchen standalone cupboard is mounted on top a slab and TV console is mounted on to the slab of the flooring.
Can I request the seller to remove these item and patch back the hole ?
As it the slab is about 2cm in thickness and will caused problem when doing vinyl flooring which I intend to overlay on the existing titles
